Who is the COE for BHTA for?

The HRSA Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Technical Assistance (COE for BHTA) is a centralized training and technical assistance center to support HRSA-funded grantees to integrate substance use and mental health services in primary care settings and training and education of the workforce. Integrated behavioral health and primary care services lead to better health outcomes for people with multiple health care needs. Through the COE for BHTA, each HRSA bureau provides free tailored technical assistance opportunities to their grantees to support integrated behavioral health.
